Group Sessions
Does your team, friends or company need a bit of a pick me up? Or working on some team building? I can help.
Online sessions
If you’re not able to make it to an in person session, I am able to do a full session online or we can schedule a remote check in to keep you motivated and on track.
Longer terms
I also offer longer term agreements from monthly plans to yearly, whatever will suit your needs. I can do individual, group or online sessions billed monthly if you prefer to set up scheduled sessions.
